This Privacy Policy explains how OMVIANTECH ("we", "us") handles information collected through this website. We are committed to protecting your privacy and processing data lawfully and transparently.
2. Information we collect
Contact form: the name, email, company, phone number and message you send us.
Live demos: before a product demo opens, we ask for your name and mobile number. Your browser then remembers that you have given them (a timestamp only, kept in its local storage for up to a year) so you are not asked again; we link the demos you open to your enquiry so we can follow up on the products you looked at.
Usage analytics: pages viewed, buttons clicked and the site that referred you, counted with a random identifier kept in your browser rather than a cookie. We never record form contents or URL query strings. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we collect none of this.
3. How we use information
We use the information you provide to respond to enquiries, including by phone or WhatsApp when you give us your number, to deliver services you request, and to improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.
Enquiries are kept until you ask us to delete them; usage analytics are deleted after 90 days.
4. Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — including transport encryption, security headers and access controls — to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
5. Third parties
Enquiries and our own analytics are stored on servers we operate. We also use Google Analytics for aggregate traffic statistics and Cloudflare Turnstile to keep automated spam out of our forms. We choose vendors with appropriate data-protection commitments and keep third-party scripts to a minimum.
